By accessing or using Bizoo ("the Service"), operated by Fixxxo × 7T Team ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bizoo is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create profile pages with links, galleries, payment methods, documents, videos, and other content. We provide free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Bizoo to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Paid Plans & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD.
- Payment is processed through Kashier payment gateway.
- Plans auto-expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed.
- Free trials (where offered) automatically downgrade to the Free plan upon expiration.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated.
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.
7. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to Bizoo.
- By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the Service.
- We do not claim ownership over your content.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bizoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
